| Venosc dialect :
|
Venosc is situated in the provincial alpine area which had
a number of different dialects. However, due to the rapid riseof
tourism many these dialects quickly died out.
So, the last remaining people who speak the Venosc dialect
decided to create an association to create a dictionary which
converts the Venosc dialect into French.
Every week, they hold a meeting in the library in Venosc,
open to all, to discover the richness of this almost forgotten
language.
