Venosc antiquity
The Veneon valley was a closed valley during centuries, refuge for primitive people like ligure tribe. A lot of bronze remains, tombs and the way to the Alp of Venosc were found.

Settle of the first inn (guides, horses...). Farmer organization (various harvest : hay, wheat, barley, hemp...).

From XVII to XVIII centuries
The valley was traversed by renowned visitors (engineers, botanists, geologists...)
To see today : Muzelle castle, St Sauveur chapel, Notre dame des Sept douleurs chapel, sundials, church...

At the XIX century
Venosc is became the capital of the colportage, its florist were crossing the France. Farmers, herdsmen, are became guides. The agriculture is abandonned...
The 2 Alpes resort was born et prupose a lot of jobs, people became perchmen, waiter...

Au XXème siècle
Venosc is became the small authentic artisanal village of today.
